The Challenge

From next-generation wireless and advanced optical networks to sensing, metrology, and scientific instrumentation, modern technologies rely on signals that are faster, more broadband, and more complex than ever before. However, today’s signal-processing tools remain constrained by the finite bandwidth of microelectronic circuits, leaving them unable to capture or generate truly arbitrary ultra-broadband signals in the optical and electrical domains.

Our Approach

Building upon an exclusive IP portfolio, we are developing next-generation signal-processing tools that leverage and combine the unique strengths of photonic and electronic technologies – breaking through the bandwidth limits of purely electronic systems. At the core of our platform are optical frequency combs with ultra-low timing jitter, high-performance photonic integrated circuits such as ultra-broadband photodetectors and electro-optic modulators, massively parallel analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters (ADC/DAC), as well as advanced digital signal processing (DSP) and system-calibration schemes.

Our Products
